The Wedding Guest Cost Calculator totals entered wedding expenses and divides them by guest count.
Formula
Cost per guest = total entered costs / guest count. The breakdown also shows each category's share of total cost and its per-guest amount.
Example
A 200 per guest. Reducing the list by 10 guests does not automatically reduce fixed venue, photography, or entertainment costs, so model cost changes explicitly.
Limitations
The result depends entirely on entered categories and excludes omitted taxes, gratuities, service fees, contingency, and currency conversion.
